Before the hibernation (fresh start) the system says:
~> ps ux  | grep kded
3939  0.0  2.9 190532 15256 ?        S    00:18   0:00 kded [kdeinit]
--new-startup 

and

~> dcop kded kded loadedModules
mediamanager
remotedirnotify
dnssdwatcher
konqy_preloader
medianotifier
systemdirnotify
homedirnotify
kdevsvnd
kwalletd
networkstatus
favicons
kwrited
khotkeys

but after resuming the kded does not start at all

~> dcop kded kded loadedModules
call failed
