https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=329594 Summary: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '*' in /srv/www/htdocs/timesheet/common.inc on line 142 Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: RC 1 Platform: x86 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: michael.d.taylor@exgate.tek.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Beta-Customer Looks like a PHP problem using the one delivered on OpenSuse 10.3 RC1 (php5-5.2.4-11). I am using the open source timesheet.php application. On OpenSuse 10.1 and 10.2, it runs fine. On OpenSuse 10.3, I cannot log into the application or use it at all. The project homepage is http://www.timesheetphp.com/ Steps to reproduce: Download the application from sourceforge, net http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tsheet/timesheet-1.2.1.tar.gz?download Install into running mysql database via install.sh. install the Apache files into /srv/www/htdocs/timesheet. In Kate, the close brackets } fails to "light up" after the following section of code, but I can not see any abvious syntax errors: function get_trans_info($trans_num) { include("table_names.inc"); $result = array(); if ($trans_num > 0) { $query = "SELECT $PROJECT_TABLE.client_id, $TIMES_TABLE.proj_id, task_id, log_message, ". "end_time as end_time_str, ". "start_time as start_time_str, ". "unix_timestamp(start_time) as start_time, ". "unix_timestamp(end_time) as end_time ". "FROM $TIMES_TABLE, $PROJECT_TABLE WHERE ". "trans_num='$trans_num' AND ". "$TIMES_TABLE.proj_id = $PROJECT_TABLE.proj_id"; list($my_qh, $num) = dbQuery($query); $result = dbResult($my_qh); } return $result; } -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
