If i try to make a new Live CD Image and go to change the package selection,
then YaST reports a partition size an free size of 999.0 GB und used space of
7.3MB (but it`s a 20GB partition)

May be, it`s the same problem, the normal disk installation had during
10.3 beta time. My .x86-32bit system has applied all factory
updates(2007-09-28).
