actually, sles 10 with sp1 and fully patched.

sometimes, when apache is gracefully restarted, the following is printed in
error_log :

[error] (9)Bad file descriptor: apr_socket_accept: (client socket)

upstream report :

a comment on that report suggests this can cause service disruptions, though no
such problem has so far been observed on sles 10.
