https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=329043 Summary: notification messages cannot be dismissed Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: RC 1 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: snorp@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Some applications use notification messages with no timeout, so you must click on them to dismiss them. For some reason, this is broken and the messages stay there forever (unless you kill notification-daemon). A good example is when you click the power manager icon, then click on the battery selection in the menu. It pops up a notification containing all sorts of good info about your battery -- but there is no way to close the message. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
