Andreas - The Tools -> Protect Document -> Document feature will only stop the
user from renaming, deleting or adding new sheets to the document. The oocalc
help section under Protecting | cells and sheets states:
To protect the structure of the document, for example the count, names, and
order of the sheets, from being changed, choose Tools - Protect Document -
Document.
This behavior (Tools -> Protect Document -> Document feature) is consistent
between openSUSE 10.2 and openSUSE 10.3. If you want to stop an unauthorized
user from accessing the document or the data contained within the document, you
will probably want to check the File | Save As | Save with password option.
