I've tried GNOME CD RC3 - Build 1200
ftp://cml.suse.cz/netboot/find/openSUSE-10.3-RC3-GNOME-i386-Build1200-CD1/

It somehow contains the README.BETA (or something similar), that is copied to
the inst-sys as /info.txt and displayed as a popup in the License Agreement
dialog.

Such information should not be in RC.
