* Open a spreadsheet (or create a new one)
* Tools -> Protect Document -> Document
* Enter password
* Save it
* Exit OOo
* Start OOo again and open the document - and OOo does not ask for a password
but shows the document
* If you go again to protect Document the "Document" item is ticked showing
that it is password protected - and you can unprotect it.  But the password is
not used for saving the document and neither is the user asked when opening it.

This is a regression from openSUSE 10.2.
