[Bug 328213] YaST-GTK - Package Selector still english

So as far as I can tell there are a couple issues here. First the package was
not setting the text domain. And there was a string not marked for translation.
This patch fixes those issues and it is now mostly translated.
But there are still a couple missing strings that if I understand the yast2
build system correctly is caused by missing files in
http://svn.opensuse.org/svn/yast/trunk/gtk/POTFILES so new strings are not
updated.
