I tried the live cd and strange line(s) appeared on the screen -- see
attachment, it disappears if I drag the mouse on the screen, move windows etc.
and appears again sometimes while moving windows.
I have:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV11 [GeForce2 MX/MX 400]
(rev a1)

IMHO is a 'nv' driver issue -- also happened the same issue with an GeForce4 mx
card, and with ubuntu live -- because after installing the 'nvidia' (prop)
driver no longer exists this issue.
