Just opened phpMyAdmin in Konqueror and the login page already causes:

[Tue Sep 25 15:33:23 2007] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist:
/srv/www/htdocs/phpMyAdmin/print.css, referer: http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/

So: Yes, this is still reproducable :-(

I even tested with a fresh installation of phpMyAdmin (aka "move
/srv/www/htdocs/phpMyAdmin away before installing the new RPM") with
default config file, same result.

Additional bug: With the default config file, phpMyAdmin recommends to run the
setup script http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/scripts/setup.php which does not
exist...

# rpm -q phpMyAdmin
phpMyAdmin-2.11.0-14
