In save_network.ycp (yast2-network) there is functionality for copy
70-persistent-cd.rules from installation system into installed one.
It's wrong place for this because 
- there's no connection with network
- there are some exceptions when save_network is not executed (update,
installation without network)

Because we have no such bugreports/problems with this, only MINOR
