The following issues might be annoying to those using only the keyboard to
navigate the menu:

* Pressing one of the Programs/Documents/Places buttons moves the focus from
the menu to the desktop/the active window.

* The buttons with keyboard shortcuts don't work. It looks like the button is
activated but it ain't.

* Widgets with no keyboard shortcut: the search entry, the buttons in the
system category and all the context menu items.
