After upgrading from SL102, the following warning pops up when Desktop Effects
Settings start.

3D acceleration is shown as disabled and "Start SaX2" asks for root password
and shows progressbar but SaX2 seems to fail to start.  Will attach hwinfo and
xorg config file.
