..to set such option:
* emulated scroll-wheel (currently I can only see it is turned on, but no
chance it turn it off)
* set areas for scroll-wheel emulation
* double tapping (on/off)

Or in other words -- provide nice GUI tool for xorg.conf. I know I can edit
this file, and I did it, but this won't work for "normal" users.
