Since there is a Qt front-end and a Gtk front-end and the oxygen-icons are
named the same as the tango-theme there is no reason why KDE users should not
see the oxygen-icons in YaST's Qt front-end.

Judging their looks might be personal taste, but they are absolutely not
consistent with any of KDE's current and future icons.

Another annoyance is that this forces the KDE menu to use the same non-KDE
icons fro items such as "Install Software".
