https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=327488 Summary: "Invest" Applet Only Monitors Google Stock Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: RC 1 Platform: x86 OS/Version: openSUSE 10.3 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: crispin@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: DeveloperNet It is great to see the return of a stock ticker applet, I really liked the old one that was in older SUSE, but I understand that it had not been maintained for a long time. The new one however does not seem to work right. It comes pre-configured to monitor GOOG, and it seem sot actually get the stock price for GOOG. The Preferences dialog will let you add additional stocks to monitor, and they show up in your preferences list when you open preferences, but they don't have a price, and they don't appear when you just click on the applet. I don't know whether it is a functionality request or a bug, but it would be nice if the applet would scroll the stock prices through the applet view on the tray, rather than having to click on the applet to see current prices. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
