yes, for 10.3 please.  I'd prefer to get the biosdevname update out with the
segfault and command line parsing fixes so it works.  And the udev changes are
necessary for proper integration with udev.  If you can't get the udev changes
in, then please don't install the biosdevname.rules file into /etc/udev/rules.d
- I don't want biosdevname messing up the way udev works for assigning
persistent names to devices, which is would without the udev changes.

Note - biosdevname.rules also now uses biosdevname --policy=all_ethN rather
than --policy=embedded_ethN_slots_names after my conversation with Kay.  He
wasn't ready for the breakage that may come from moving the ethernet device
names that are in PCI slots from the "ethN" namespace to the "eth_sX_Y"
namespace.
