[Bug 327400] Adjusting Auto-Raise Time Crashes Whole Desktop

It seems to have changed its behavior. It does not consistently crash, instead
it often just messes up the desktop: the window decorations get messed up, and
the windows all drift down and to the right. Refocus fixes the decorations.
But messing with the auto raise time slider often enough eventually crashed my
desktop :) and I have attached the requested files.
