g-p-m: lowers brightness but increasing does not work
When hitting the hotkey for brightness down, g-p-m sets the brightness level to
the lowest value.
-> it should only lower the level by one
When hitting the hotkey for brightness up, g-p-m fails to raise the britghness.
-> it should increase the brightness by one
For some systems the lowest possible value shuts off the display light
completely. As raising the brightness is impossible after that I request this
to be a ship stopper.
