How to reproduce:

# mkdir /home/kiwi
# cd /home/kiwi
# svn co
https://forgesvn1.novell.com/svn/opensuse/trunk/distribution/images/kwliveCD-suse-10.3
# linux32 kiwi --prepare kwliveCD-suse-10.3/ --root work --add-profile GNOME
# linux32 kiwi --create work/ -d output/
# qemu-system-i386 -cdrom output/*.iso -boot d -m 386

I'll attach a screenshot of the error you'll get on boot.
