The user-space *AUDIO* apps are responsible to recover the stream after resume.
In general, the audio apps want to know explicitly when the stream is
stopped and need to handle it appropriately because of its realtime nature.
Since slmodem is a kind of audio app, it has to do it right, too.
(Also, please reset NEEDINFO after your test please :)
