Over the last few weeks zypper up -t package has never worked properly when
using the rpm-md metadata. It has always worked fine when using the susetags
metadata. 

Expected behaviour - upgrade should be possible with rpm-md as well as
susetags.

Bug https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=304168 was about this, but
apparently there is now another bug with the same symptoms so opening a new
bug.

The exact errors depend on the state of the installed system, but usually
involve a missing provides for the core system.

libhistory provides. (svn trunk libzypp from yesterday)
