Hello,

Walloon translation team has these days increased the amount of translations
for KDE4. As ther will be parts of KDE4 in the new release of openSuse, it
would be usefull to include these in the distro.
Both kdebase and kdelibs are upper 50%, the whole is translated over 16,5%
(more than the kde3 branch).
