clients/inst_upgrade_urls.ycp:449 Deleting repos: []
clients/inst_upgrade_urls.ycp:597 Returning `next
No sources were manually "enabled", there was a "Toggle Status" button that has
never been used. Initially, all sources are, of course, disabled. It doesn't
make sense to enable them during installation by default.
Help says:

Here you can see all software repositories that were found on the system you
are just upgrading. You have better enable those you want to include in the
upgrade process.

To enable or disable an URL, click on the Toggle Status button or
double-click on the respective table item.

To change the URL, click on the Change... button.

Only "enabled" sources are used during the installation and "added". So, I'd
close this bug as invalid.

Coolo, do you want old sources, that were not selected for being used during
the upgrade to be 'migrated' as well?
Just a small note: This feature was wanted, designed and developed as "workflow
that allows old sources to be used during system upgrade" not a migration tool.
