127.0.0.2 should be present in /etc/hosts in order to make hostname resolvable
even without network connection (otherwise, hostname resolution may hang)
Due to bug in implementation of feature #2202 it may happen that the 127.0.0.2
is not always written to /etc/hosts. See also bug #307452 (normal only).
I can make a patch (it's trivial) in a few hours, tomorrow at latest
