Summary: yast2-printer uses outdated 'usb:/dev/usb/lp0' URI
           Product: openSUSE 10.3
           Version: RC 1
          Platform: x86-64
        OS/Version: openSUSE 10.3
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 - None
         Component: Printing

I installed openSUSE 10.3 RC1 i386 on x86_64 hardware.

At the end of the installation a queue for my USB printer
DeskJet 3320 was set up with the DeviceURI 'usb:/dev/usb/lp0'.

This kind of URI is outdated since CUPS 1.2 and does no longer work.

YaST should not create URIs on its built-in assumptions but
simply use the URI which is reported by the matching backend
which is here "usb://hp/deskjet%203320?serial=TH27T2H35B35".
