Summary: Fn+F4/F12 don't supend the Laptop
Product: openSUSE 10.3
Version: Beta 3
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Mobile Devices
AssignedTo: behlert@xxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: lenz@xxxxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx
Found By: ---
I have an IBM Thinkpad T42 which supports supending to Disk/RAM using
kpowersave just fine. However, the system does not perform these suspend
operations when using the dedicated hot keys Fn+F4 (Suspend to RAM) or Fn+F12
(Suspend to Disk). It would be nice if these keys would work as expected by
default. Let me know if you require any particular system information. Thanks!
