The italian translation of command line help translates the option arguments
too.
For example for the update option I get:

update (up) [opzioni]

Aggiorna tutti i risolubili installati con le nuove versioni, dove applicabile.

  Opzioni del comando:

-t, --type <tipo>               Tipo di risolubile (pacchetto, patch, modello,
prodotto) (predefinito: patch)
-r, --repo <alias>              Limita gli aggiornamenti alle sorgenti di insta
llazione specificate dall'alias.

of course the command "zypper update -type pacchetto" suggested by this help
giver an error because is "zypper update -type package"
