[Bug 325763] nfs init script should check for portmap status

"required start" causes the script to be sorted after these required services
in the boot sequence.
"required start" will cause an error if you try to "insserv" the scipt without
having the required services also activated via insserv.
"required start" will _not_ cause any action on the scripts listed if you
call the script itself, it has nothing to do with that.
