Many other online wiki sites allow users to subscribe/watch a wiki page and be
notified via email when the page is modified.  Although a watchlist is
currently available on the openSUSE wiki right now, it requires me to log in to
the wiki and check manually.

With email notification [1], users who set it up in their preferences can be
alerted to important changes much more quickly.
