Not that it matters, but I have the following information:
Thu, Sep 13 SLES9/NLD9 SP4 Beta2 -snapshot release
Thu, Sep 20 openSUSE 10.3 RC1 release
Thu, Sep 27 openSUSE 10.3 GM release (internal)
Thu, Sep 27 SLES9/NLD9 SP4 Beta3 - snapshot release
Thu, Oct 4 openSUSE 10.3 public release
Which means to me that last check-in for RC1 is Mon Sep 17 18:00.
