by (poor ,mis-)design.  Max of 8 loop devices by default.

Goal is to get away from loopback, but not ready yet.  See bug #239173.

SUSE didn't want to increase the default number of loopbacks.  Workaround is to
increase number of loopbacks.  (See /usr/share/doc/packages/xen/README*).  This
is also documented as a known issue by Steve, but I can't find that page at the
moment...

Reluctantly marking bug as INVALID.  :-/
