kghostview failing to show Ikea document

When setting the zoom level to certain values, kghostview does not display the
document correctly. More precisely

- Zoom values of more than 159% cause a white piece of paper to be displayed
insted of the document.
- Zoom values of 66.7%, 33.33% and 12.5% actually set the zoom level to 0%,
which makes the document unviewable.


Additionally, sometimes errors are reported with more complex documents. One
example is this one here:

If I set zoom to 150% I get the attached error message. This already happens in
Suse Linux 10.0, but there at least the zoom levels work for 'normal'
documents. In 10.3 beta3 the zooming does not even work for the most simple
documents created by OpenOffice.
