[Bug 310362] after resuming from hibernation the win + <key> global shortcuts do not work

both files together
It seems that xev detects the win key properly. It might be something wrong in
KDE. When I open kcontrol and edit some shortcuts (using some win key
combination) than the editbox says win + <key> (so, the win key is detected).
But as I posted earlier, tha associated application will not start.
I have just discovered that if I edit any global shortcut in KDE kcontrol and
press apply then the global shortcuts start working.
