I don't have a patch, only the s2ram info. Anyway, I've a Sony Vaio TX5MN,
but I need the --vbe_mode parameter that s2ram works relyably from
textmode (from inside X11 a simple "echo mem > /sys/power/state" works too,
but not from the concole).
So, s2ram -f --vbe_mode works, and:
% s2ram -i
This machine can be identified by:
sys_vendor = "Sony Corporation"
sys_product = "VGN-TX5MN_W"
sys_version = "J0029LEG"
bios_version = "R0051N3"
