[Bug 310145] bluetooth obex download broken

Yes i know about that.
The problem is, that the kio_obexftp module is broken.It stops down/uploading
at ~130k.
There are diffrences between konqueror and obexftp, regarding the expected
packet sizes, from the file. So for 10.3 i replace the kio_obexftp module with
the code from the kbluetoothd package.
But instead of kio_obex you can use the kbtobexsrv and the kbtobexclient, which
behave like in kbluetoothd.
