The blinking cursor appears after returning from a module to the main menu. It
doesn't appear in the called module itself. In an xterm there isn't a blinking
cursor but the upper right corner isn't redrawn correctly, i.e. something goes
wrong with restoring the screen after a module is called.
I will set the resolution to LATER because the bug doesn't affect the
functionality and it's to late to do changes in mechanism of calling modules
for 10.3.
