if you'd have just cut'n'pasted those few lines and created the new report
yourself, this would have saved 3 days to understand/fix the problem.
one item in performace optimisation is latency...

was not available -- even 3 days later noone seems to be interested to
try/reproduce himself, or at least no information that you see the same problem
and it's not necessary for me to spend another 30+ minutes to reproduce.
