Yuio. Here I am again with updated driver & kernel; anyhow the result has
remained the same. Perhaps we should contact Nvidia, although on the next
occasion I wanna test it with kernel 2.6.18.x first again, because Mr. Lonni J.
Friedman has previously asked me to do such tests on less outdated kernels.
Besides this I would be interested in the kind of X-calls XQuery is using to
obtain the xinerama screen extents since simple xlib invocations of
ScreenOfDisplay(dpy, scn) and WidthOfScreen(scr) return the extent of the
virtual compound superscreen(2880xx) rather than every underlying physical
screen resolution (1280xx+1600xx).
xquery -r
0 1600x1200
uname -r
2.6.16.53-0.8-default
nvidia-installer -i
Welcome to the NVIDIA Software Installer for Unix/Linux
The currently installed driver is: 'NVIDIA Accelerated Graphics Driver for
Linux-x86' (version: 100.14.11).
