wget appears to prefer IPv4 addresses over IPv6 addresses. This behaviour is
inconsistent with the rest of the distribution (wrt. web-related stuff, e.g.
firefox or curl), where IPv6 addresses are tried first and IPv4 second.
/etc/gai.conf should be used to configure the order of addresses returned by
getaddrinfo().
