Michel, to me it looks like after a successful setting of the correct time (via
a timeserver) you reset it back to the time of your hardware clock (which has
the wrong time at that moment). Your hardware clock seems to be travelling
through time :)
Your installation starts in the year 2099, the first reset of the system time
to the hardware clock leads to the year 1999 and later to the year 2000.
