I had to modify the inst_productsources but now it accepts these formats:

  * <name xml:lang="de">...</name>
  * <name lang="de">...</name>
  * <summary xml:lang="zh_CN">...</summary>
  * <summary lang="zh_CN">...</summary>
  * <description xm:lang="cs">...<description>
  * <description lang="cs">...<description>

I also had to fix the evaluation of short and log language name (de / de_DE)
and added functionality to cut off ".UTF-8" from "de_DE.UTF-8"

yast2-packager-2.15.78

I'm just testing it with modified Beta3:
instsys=nfs://miracle.suse.cz/install/103B3-instsys
