The problem is SLE*: pure 32bit PPC is not supported, only 64bit kernel.
And olh put some 64bit applications using PAM on SLE* and filed a blocker bug,
because only 32bit PAM modules are installed and user are not able to login.

So POWER should now decide what they wish and make the requirements consistent
doable with RPM. pam-config can decide if only 32bit or both libraries are
necessary, but RPM cannot -> installation of SLE* will fail on POWER again.
