This is only for your info to know more about SuSEconfig.gtk2:
Original gtk-update-icon-cache updates its cache, only if topmost directory
changes its timestamp. (Note that Redhat probably does it.)
That is why I created a SuSEconfig script, which deletes cache file in case any
subdirectory was changed. It forces to re-create icon cache.
If I remove the cache file manually, it is re-created in the same size, so I
guess that my scripts are not an issue.
