Receive an invitation generated from a Lotus Notes or Outlook system. 

In the KMail inbox (cached IMAP account) I clicked 'accept'. Korganizer is
opened and displays the meeting in the calendar. 
While korganizer is opened, kmail sends a confirmation back and removes the
mailfrom the inbox. This should to my understanding not happen -> I cant follow
the content of the invitation by mail anymore.

Even worse: After closing korganizer and reopening it, the event is disappeared
from korganizer as well. So the original mail AND the invitation is lost. Due
to the loss of data I rate this as critical.
