Hi,

Whenever I run yast, it spends several minutes downloading a bunch of package
info from downloads.opensuse.org/....  It seems to always be the same things,
as if it's not caching something properly.  Somewhat frustrating.

I did a clean 10.3 beta 3 install, formatted the test partition clean
beforehand.
