This bug is too similar to bug #298943 because it has the exactly the same
symptoms but in this case "XDG_SESSION_COOKIE" is set in /etc/sudoers.

Plugging an USB sticker automount doesn't work. Suspend to disk/ram neither
("User is not allowed for hal-power-suspend according to PolicyKit.").
