Can you try installing Evolution, Evolution-data-server, Evolution-exchange and
libsoup rpms and corresponding debug rpms (excluding the devel and src rpms)
from http://people.freedesktop.org/~vvaradan/evo-snapshots/rpms/10.3/sep-07/ ? ;

Try reconfiguring a fresh account after installing those rpms and attach
E2K_DEBUG=4 log.
