When selecting only one single update to install which asks for a license
agreement which is declined, the updater should abort and not ask for the root
password followed by a refresh (without installing the update which is correct
in this case).

Declining a license should abort the update process if there are no more
patches to install.

Tested with the kernel update for beta3.
